Position: Pre-Sales Specialist (Telecom)          AGE:Below 35 Years                                           Experience: 7 to 10 Years

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Comprehend customer requirements both stated and unstated in order to prepare SOW and solution documents.
  • Plan and execute demonstration of Lepton product and solution to customers.
  • Make solution presentations, documents and product demonstrations highlighting the core value proposition of the product/solutions.
  • Respond to technical questions about the product.
  • Respond to Customer RFI & RFPs within stated timelines.
  • Effectively collaborate with the stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Proactively suggest the senior management & Product management team on process and product improvement.
  • Anlayse & Provide feedback on the market opportunities, competition.
  • Enable support to the Sales team for effective demonstrations for gathering solution specifications.
  • Cultivate & maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers of all accounts.
  • Willingness to extensive travel both domestic and international.

QUALIFICATION & SKILL-SETS

  • 7-10 years of work experience in telco OSS/Inventory/GIS vertical, with at least 3-4 years of experience as a solution architect or telecom solution specialist.
  • Experience in Telcom Network Inventory solutions will be a major plus.
  • Presentation and documentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to engage customers and respond to large RFPs and RFI’s.
  • Tech. /B.E. (Electronics and Telecommunication) or relevant Graduate degree.
  • Technical expertise on any of following FTTX, DWDM, MPLS/IP, Transport, Metro Ethernet & PON.
